Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed by removing invasive species (Arundo donax, Caster Bean, Tree Tabacco, etc.) and revegetating with native trees and shrubs from Big Tujunga Wash between the Angeles National Forest Boundary downstream to the intersection of Oro Vista and Mount Gleason Avenue. All work will be performed with hand tools such as chainsaws, loppers, shovels, pilaskis and a small shredder will be used for the removal of large clump of Arundo near the road. The project also includes trail work.
