Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed by removing invasive species (Arundo donax, Caster Bean, Tree Tobacco, etc.). Work will be performed with bulldozer to knock down the Arundo and possibly with hand tools such as chainsaws, loppers, shovels, pilaskis in addition, a shredder may be used for mulching the Arundo. Foliage spraying or cut and paint method of herbicide application will follow. Work will occur Reardon-Baumgartner Ranch at 19828 East Telegraph Road, Santa Paula, California.
