Document Description
The applicants, Scott and Anne Murphy, are requesting a water right for an existing 25 acre-foot onstream reservoir on an unnamed stream tributary to Stemple Creek, tributary to Estero de San Antonio thence Bodega Bay. Twenty-five acre-feet per annum will be diverted to onstream storage from November 1 through May 30, and used on two parcels of land for domestic use (5 AF), irrigation of 14 acres of pasture (16 AF), and stockwater (4 AF) for a combination of 100 horses and cattle. Eventually, they may irrigate several acres of orchard adjacent to the domestic place of use (per Mr. Murphy).
