The Proposed Project would result in: (1) transfer of approximately 5.60 acres into federal trust for the Shingle Springs Rancheria by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, (2) approval of a gaming management contract by the National Indian Gaming Commission, (3) and development of a gaming and hotel complex on the Rancheria. Development of the facility would also include the development of an interchange approximately midway between Shingle Springs Drive and Greenstone Road.
