Application proposing the extraction of approximately 10% of the visible and suspended and lower layer metamorphosed greenstone boulders from a 1.5 acre portion of Deer Creek, near it's confluence with the Yuba River. The boulders are to be used for landscaping and sculpture - no gravel is being removed. Additionally, a rezone of the 42-acre parcel is proposed adding the "ME" Mineral Extraction combining district to the existing "AG-40" zoning.
