Document Description
Addedum EIR to the previously approved EIR to construct an emergency access road as outlined in Condition 109 of the Conditions of Approval, and amend Condition 64 of the Conditions of Approval regarding the timing of pre-construction surveys and mitigation for nesting birds. This project modifies the original approval of the expansion of the existing Northstar Village project that includes 213 residential units, approximately 173,000 SF of mechanical/service space, an outdoor ice rink, ski trail improvements, roadway improvements, and an emergency access road.
