The project consists of construction of a sewer interceptor pipeline to provide relief capacity to existing collection systems that serve the northern area of Sacramento County, and will be located primarily within the existing right-of-way of Elkhorn Boulevard from Rio Linda Boulevard to Auburn Boulevard and within Old Auburn Boulevard from Elkhorn Boulevard to Fair Oaks Boulevard.
