This application requests the right to divert and store up to 98 acre-feet (in two onstream reservoirs, each with a capacity of 49 acre-feet) per annum between November 1 of each year and April 30 of the succeeding year to use for drip irrigation of 175 acres of vineyard and for incidental recreation. This facility is located on South Kelly Road near State Highway 29, south of the City of Napa. Water would be diverted from an intermittent unnamed Stream tributary to North Slough, thence Napa River, thence San Pablo Bay, within the County of Napa.
