This application requests the right to divert and store up to 98 acre-feet (in two onstream reservoirs, each with a capacity of 49 acre-feet) per annum between November 1 of each year and April 30 of the succeeding year to use for drip irrigation of 175 acres of vineyard and for incidental recreation.
