Document Description
A Special Permit for removal and clearing of timber and woody vegetation from an approximate 4 acre parcel. The project will create a 150 foot radius fire brake around an existing single family residence and accessory structures. Approximately 130 young growth redwood trees are proposed to be removed. Operations will be conducted under a Fire Hazard Tree Removal Exemption with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The parcel is developed with on-site sewage disposal and domestic water (well) systems.
