Document Description
The Project consists of a bar skimming gravel operation that has been taking place in this section of Hooker Creek since 1951. The extraction of gravel is accomplished by "skimming" or grading the gravel from bars above the low-water channel. No excavations in the channel are deeper than the surface of the water in the live flowing stream.
