Document Description
The proposed project is a City initiated General Plan Amendment and Rezoning of certain property located at the southeast corner of Mission Boulevard and Niles Canyon Road, generally referred to as the "Big Daddy's" site. The intent of the General Plan Amendment is to clarify the Gateway designation for this site and Niles Canyon, and modify the General Plan Land Use Diagram to indicate this site and Vallejo Mills Historic Park as a Designated Gateway. The proposed rezoning from C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) to P-D (Planned District) will support implementation of General plan policies as they relate to Gateways, and consider a range of appropriate uses for the site consistent with the underlying land use.
