Document Description
The proposed partial interchange includes connection of the terminus of Highway 12 to Hoen Frontage Road, construction of a new bridge structure for westbound Highway 12 traffic crossing Farmers Lane, the reconfiguration and addition of a new land on the westbound on-ramp to Highway 12, the addition of an auxillary lane to Brookwood Avenue, the addition of a left turn lane to the existing eastbound off-ramp to Farmers Lane, and the addition of community walls for noise abatement. The purpose of the project is to decrease traffic congestion and increase highway safety.
