Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0122-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Don Boehm, REO Capital Fund 4, LLC, A Limited Liability Co. The project will install a new 15-inch storm drain outfall structure which will serve a new 6 home subdivision at the approx. 1.16 acres site. The project includes the installation of low impact development treatments (LID); the outfall structure will convey high flows not captured by the on-site LID features. The outfall is located at the top of bank approx. 50 feet from Santa Rosa Creek high flow channel. Above the culvert outfall, the bank will be graded to an approx. 2:1 slope and below the culvert the bank will remain at an approx. 1:1 slope. The circumference of the outfall will be armored with approx. 2 to 3 feet of rockslope protection. Native vegetation will be planted below the outfall on the floodplain. The project will impact approx. 23 linear feet of bank. All work will be conducted from the top of the bank.
