Document Description
Sonoma County has granted Use Permits to the winery that allow up to 7.5 million gallons of wine storage and an annual crush of 40,000 tons of grapes. The proposed expansion would increase the production capacity to allow an annual crush of 65,000 tons of grapes. New building construction would include: a 100,000 square foot (sf) cellar, expansion of the bottling building from 8,000 sf to 22,500 sf, a 7,500 sf maintenance building, a 20,000 sf operation building, additional storage tanks, a finished goods/staging area of 12,200 sf and sugar testing platform. No public tasting, retail sales, tours, or special events are proposed as part of this project.
