The proposed removal action includes excavation of impacted soils at the former California Spray and Chemical Company site as well as on adjoining and nearby properties. The remediation of lead and arsenic impacted soils consists of excavation and off-site disposal, backfilling of excavated areas with clean soil, restoration landscaping, and installation of an engineered asphalt cap.
