This is a subdivision project including 203 residential and 9 private open space lots. The development will be concentrated within an approximately 117 acres envelope adjacent to Pico Canyon Road leaving 113 acres within the southern and western portions of the parcel undeveloped. Existing structures on site include an unoccupied residence with associated ranch buildings and a metal barn. The project also requires a CUP for Hillside Management Area and Density Controlled Development, an OTP to relocate one oak tree, a Zone Change from A-2-2 to R-A-10,000 and A-1-1 and a Plan Amendment from non-urban to urban.
