The California Department of Transportation, District 7, in cooperation with the City of Pomona is proposing to upgrade State Route 71 to freeway standards and construct a new interchange at Mission Boulevard in the City of Pomona, Los Angeles County. The project limits extend roughly from Interstate 10 to State Route 60 in the City of Pomona. This proposed project involves additional right-of-way.
