Document Description
General Plan land use and zoning change to change designations for the entire site to Open Space. No development is proposed at this time although it is the City's intention that the site ultimately be developed into a City park. Development of a City park is subject to a separate discretionary permitting process which will be under taken, in conjunction with additional environmental review, once a detailed park development plan has been prepared.
