Document Description
Subdivision of approximately 228 acres to create 11 single-family lots on 5.73 acres, streets, open space lots on 4.98 acres, and a 217.09 lot proposed for dedication to the City as open space pursuant to Tentative Tract Map 16035. Access to the subdivision will be provided by an extension of Driftwood Drive, and a cul-de-sac street extending off of Ocean Vista Drive within a Water District easement area. The project also includes the General Plan/Local Coastal Program Amendment 01-01 to modify the Biologial Resource Values South Laguna and Environmentally Sensitive Areas maps of the Open Space/Conservation/Element of the General Plan by deleting the mapped watercourse on the project site.
