Document Description
The primary objective of the Amendment is to add territory to the Original Project. Additionally, the Amendment will provide for a variety of redevelopment activities designed to help lessen or eliminate documented blight conditions. To help achieve this objective , Agency redevelopment will include, but may not be limited to, the following: provision of affordable housing, construction, and/or rehabilitation of structures; infrastructure upgrades for wastewater, drainage, water and circulation systems. While not proposed as specific projects at this time, these actions are possible activities that may be undertaken over the 30-year effective life of the Amended Plan.
