The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 7 is seeking to consolidate and centralize its Los Angeles based personnel in a new headquarters facility. The proposed project consists of the development of a new 600,000 square-foot District & headquarters building on the state-owned, employee parking lot bordered on the south by Second Street and the East and West by Los Angeles and Main Streets, respectively.
