Document Description
Council approval of Capital Improvements Program (CIP) No.73-3410 for the construction of the Rancho Bernardo Pipeline No. 2 in the communities of Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa, and Rancho Penasquitos; and CIP No. 70-9540 for the construction of the Black Mountain Ranch Reclaimed Water Pipeline in the communities of Mira Mesa and Rancho Penasquitos. Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 40-0901 was certified and Site Development Permit No. 40-0788 was approved by Hearing Officer on May 2, 2001 for the segment of pipelines in Los Penasquitos Canyon between Mercy Road and Canyonside Park Driveway. A seperate Notice of Determination was filed on May 17, 2001 for the Hearing Officer decision.
