Document Description
The multiphase project involves: 1) a Phase 1 important of fill material to raise the 30.54-acre project site above the FEMA AO zone, currently subject to flood depths of 1 to 3 feet in a 100-year storm; drainage and storm drain system improvements, and construction of the property service road and connection to Stonehill Drive; and 2) Phase 2 consists of implementation of a long-range master land use plan for the site, including the phased development of individual planning areas. A preferred alternative will be indentified for long-range development as a result of the current Program EIR analysis.
