The proposed project is the reconstruction of the existing Bolsa Chica Maintenance Facility, involving demolition and construction for a modern office building and storage bays, an equipment service center chemical storage spaces, concrete bins, emergency eyewash rack, restrooms with handicapped accessibility, paved parking, and other minor but necessary features. Grading and A/C overlay will occur, along with trenching and possible removal of two underground sewage tanks.
