Document Description
The proposed project consists of development and operation of a middle/high school on a 16.39 acre site. The school is estimated to accommodate 1,400 students and serve grades 6 through 12. The project includes demolition of the existing school facility and construction of 106,443 square feet of permanent facilities, a central amphitheater, recreational areas, parking and associated improvements.
