Document Description
The California Dpartment of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Gina Manusov, representing the Escondido Union School District. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within unnamed stream channels, tributaries to Lake Hodges to accommodate the construction of a middle school to include seven school buildings, hardcourts and playfields. Construction activities result in the filling of two disjunct areas of riparian habitat and the installation of a culverted crossing. The project impacts 0.68 acre of streambed.
