Document Description
Site acquisition, construction, and operation of new middle school (grades 6-8), at the southwest corner of the intersection of Las Palmas Avenue and Bear Valkey Parkway for approximately 1,200 students and 80 faculty and staff. The proposed facilities will total approximately 100,000 square feet on an approximately 11 acre school site. The buildings include permant classroom facilities, administrative offices, a multipurpose building, library, band buliding, and cafeteria.
