Environmental initial study of a proposal by the City of Riverside Public Works Department to construct two segments of Jurupa Avenue, between Van Buren Boulevard and Crest Avenue and to construct additional improvements to the existing portions of Jurupa Avenue, between Van Buren Boulevard and Tyler Street. Although Jurupa Avenue is planned as a four-lane, 110 foot arterial street, the recommended street configuration of Jurupa Avenue at this time is a two-lane, divided roadway with on-street parking and a bike lane.
