Document Description
The project consists of the implementation of the City of Coalinga's water and wastewater Capital Improvement Program on a citywide basis. Specifically, the project entails the replacement of old and deteriorated iron pipes and concrete pipe determined to be 20 to 50 years of age, with new pipe material. The replacement of the water and wastewater lines will take place within existing street rights-of-way, and existing utility easements. This project is projected to be phased over a 3-year period.
