Document Description
The project involves the development of 4,945.7 sf (0.114 acres) of undeveloped land into a single family residence with an attached garage, a driveway with a backup turnaround area (motor court), and an entry walkway, and a five-year plan to restore and enhance 22,061.5 sf (0.51 acres) of on-site habitat management lands to be protected in perpetuity. The project will result in permanent impacts to 4,945.7 sf (0.114 acres) and temporary impacts to 8557.9 sf (0.20 acres) of occupied Tidestrom's lupine (Lupinus tidestromii) and potential Menzies' wallflower (Erysimum menziesii) habitat. Project-related impacts are expected to result in the take of Tidestrom's lupine and Menzies' wallflower, species protected by the CA Endangered Species Act (CESA). The ITP as issued by DFG authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of project implementation.
