A zone code amendment and municipal code amendment to repeal and reenact the City's Sign Ordinance (Chapter 21.41 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code) to legally update the sign ordinance and to clarity the ordinance to make it easier for developers, business owners and residents to understand and use and to repeal the City's Sign Code (Chapter 18.20 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code).
