Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Stream Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Elk Hills Power LLC. This project is part of the larger Elk Hills Power Project. This part of the project will install power poles and high tension transmission across the Kern River. The total project will construct a 500 megawatt power generation plant and associated facilities and transmission lines.
