Conversion to combined-cycle operations to add 265 Megawatt (MW) of nominal generating capacity existing 320 MW simple-cycle power plant. New facilities include two duct-fired heat recovery steam generators, one 265 MW steam turbine generator, an evaporative condenser cooling tower system, an anhydrous ammonia SCR system, a 15.5 mile water supply pipeline, a 4.8 acre expansion of the existing power site, and four additional deep injection wells for wastewater disposal located approximately 1.5 miles southeast of the existing power plant.
