Document Description
The Project involves construction and operations of a 320-megawatt power plant and associated transmission lines, water and natural gas pipelines and an access road. The Project could result in the "take" of the following species protected under the California Endangered Species Act: San Joaquin antelope squirrel, giant kangaroo rat, Tipton kangaroo rat, Bakersfield small scale and California Jewel Flower. The Department will need to issue an Incidental Take Permit for the Project.
