Document Description
This project consists of stabilizing an eroding section of the south bank of the Russian River with rock rip-rap which will be placed over an approximately 40-foot length of river bank. The voids will be filled with river gravel and soil, the rock covered with soil and anchored with jute netting. Willow cuttings will be planted on three-foot centers and maintained for the first year. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Permit Number #R3-2000-1169 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
