Document Description
This project will consist of the acquisition of a vacant 19, 145 square foot parcel for park and open space purposes. The property was once used for a single family residence that was moved from the site over ten years ago. Since that time the property has been allowed to return to a natural state. Upon acquisition, selective demolition including but not limited to, an asphalt driveway, remnants of a concrete foundation and on-site sewage disposal system may be performed.
