Document Description
This project involves the acquisition of 212 acres of coastal estuarine wetland ecosystem that include reparian decidous forest, wetland dune shrub, freshwater, brackish, and salt water marshes, and intertidal mudflats with agal beds and eelgrass. The acquisition of these parcels will protect these wetlands, along with their associated transitional and upland habitats, and will help to ensure that the physical processes required to protect the wetland ecosystem are maintained.
