Removal of sections of oil pipeline that cross Canoas, Zapato Chino, Jacalitos, and Los Gatos creeks, as part of idling three oil pipelines, the Coalinga Westside Line, Dudley Line and the Polvadero Line in Fresno County, California. Construction will involve bell holing above each bank in the upland to expose the line, excavation of a 2-foot-wide trench over the line to expose the pipe under the drainage and then cutting and removing the pipe in segments off the site.
