Document Description
At Site 1 - Golf Course Lake: The Operator will remove silt from a 40-foot-long by 30-foot-wide area in the north end of the lake and from a 150-foot-long by 30-foot-wide area in the south end of the lake. Spoils will be transported off site and used in the general maintenance of the golf course. This lake has no emergent vegetation present and is managed to prevent emergent vegetation from becoming established. At Site 2 - Clubhouse Lake: The Operator will remove silt from a 170-foot-long by 35-foot-wide section at the northern end of the lake. The Operator will construct a 150-foot-long by 80 foot-wide by 8-foot-deep catch basin at the southern end of the lake. Spoils will be transported off site and used in the general maintenance of the golf course. This lake has substantial emergent vegetation growing around its boarders. The lake managed to maintain existing vegetation, but to prevent any new growth from becoming established. Dead and downed top growth of this vegetation will be burned or mechanically harvested each fall. At Site 3 - Blackhawk Lake and Coarsegold Creek: The Operator will remove accumulated silt from where Coarsegold Creek enters Blackhawk Lake. Silt from an area approximately 1,425 feet long and an average of 33 feet wide will be removed to a depth of an average of 5 feet. Silt removal will only be done in the original defined area of Blackhawk Lake below the high-water mark of 1,020 feet elevation. The Operator will also construct a silt catch basin.
