Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the stream to construct a low concrete block retaining wall on the southwest bank of Sand Canyon Creek to protect existing valve structures from large storm induced runoff events. The retaining wall will be approximately 8 feet high from the footing to the top of wall. The project will impact approximately 1260 square feet of stream channel, of which 882 sq. feet are permanent and 378 sq. feet are temporary. No riparian vegetation will be removed as the result of project activities.
