Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing pit toilet at Lane Ranch Camp with a new pre-cast "CXT Tioga" vault restroom with the odor-free vent design (see attached diagrams). The existing pir tiolet will be removed including the concrete vault The new CXT restroom will be installed in the same location re-utilizing the existing adjacent handicap parking area (see attached location maps). The foot print dimensions of the new restroom are 15'11" by 14'4", the height of the new restroom is 9'7". The required excavation for the two new ABS lined sealed vaults will be 6'6" by 11'11" by 4'4" deep. These vaults will be installed adjacent to each other and will only require a slightly larger excavation than the original vault. The new pre-cast concrete/steel reinforced double restroom structure meets all current earthquake, hurricane and ADA requirements. This location is remote, having no water or sewer service, therefore the restroom will be of a vault style, requiring a pumping service for evacuation. The vaults will be completely sealed from all concrete and soil interaction.
