Document Description
The project would involve the merging of the 577-acre Dynamite Redevelopment Project Area and the 249-acre Hercules Redevelopment Project Area Number 2. The project would also extend the time limitation on effectiveness of the Redevelopment Plan with respect to the Dynamite Redevelopment Project Area and thereby the time to collect tax increment funds for the Dynamite Redevelopment Project Area. The merger of the Areas would not alter existing Project Area boundaries. No other changes to the Redevelopment Plan are proposed.
