Document Description
An application for approval of a tentative Final Map Subdivision for the phased subdivision of a 45.9 acre parcel, and a request for a Zone Reclassification to 1) rezone a portion of the project area (33 lots) from Residential Multi-Family (R-3) to Residential Two-Family (R-2); and 2) rezone the remainder and 12 lots from Residential Multi-Family (R-3) to Residential Multi-Family with a Planned Development Combining Zone (R-3/P). The initial phase will involve the creation of sixty-four parcels ranging from 5,709 square feet to 12,678 square feet in size and a remainder of 31.2 acres. All parcels to be served by community water and sewer. A preliminary ultimate development plan has been submitted for development of the remainder with up to 468 dwelling units.
