Proposal to subdivide a 160 acre parcel into 18 parcels, ranging from 5 to 7 acres each in size, along with a 54 acre remainder parcel. Primary access to the proposed parcels would be through a 60-foot wide private road (Elysian Springs Road) connecting with Wingfield Road, a county maintained road. Also being proposed is a 16' wide emergency ingress/egress road, which would connect the private road with Pine Street, a county maintained road.
