Document Description
This application is for a General Plan Amendment, Zone Reclassification, and a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 36-unit senior housing project with some of the units being affordable to very low and low income households. The project will consist of 28 one-bedroom apartments and eight (8) two-bedroom apartments. Presently the Plan designation for all but the 60-foot access to the 15-acre property in the Willow Creek Community Plan is a combination of Agricultural Suburban (AS) and Residential Low Density - one unit per acre (RL-1), which could allow up to fourteen units to be built. The Plan Amendment will change the Plan designation of the entire property to Residential Low Density to allow a total of 36 units.
