Document Description
The 15th Street Bike Trail is proposed to be a quarter-mile long Class 1, eight-foot wide, paved bicycle trail linking an existing Class 3 bicycle route system to the existing Class 1 USFS South Shore Bicycle Trail. This missing link has been identified as critical to address public health and safety issues related to conflicts between motorists and cyclists on State Route 89. The project also presents an opportunity to restore and protect an area of Stream Environment Zone (SEZ).
