California Department of Water Resources and Yuba County Water Agency would transfer up to 50,000 acre-feet from New Bullards Bar Reservoir between June and August for use by the Environmental Water Account. The Environmental Water Account (managed by the regulatory agencies USFWS, NMFS, DFG) would use the water for the purpose of fish protection.
