The proposed project consists of constructing approximately 5,390 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe ranging in size from 60 inches to 84 inches in diameter and various appurtenant structures including manholes and catch basins. The project also involves constructing an outfall structure within the concrete-lined rectangular channel (Coyote Creek North Creek) at the project location. The purpose of the proposed project is to alleviate current flooding problems on Imperial Highway west of Valley View Avenue.
