Document Description
Caltrans proposes to replace Skaggs Bridge on State Route 145 over the San Joaquin River on the Fresno Madera County line. The new bridge will be constructed on the ultimate northbound alignment requiring a minor curve correction south of the bridge to align the roadway with the new bridge.
